The Gods and Goddesses and Angel Series is an ongoing project that involves the creation of angelic or god or godlike figures who belong to an alternate mythic pantheon. They were originally inspired, at least in part, by Neal Gaiman’s novel American Gods, where a similar premise is assumed. The works often, but not always, use a commercial mannequin as a base. They are intended as acts of whimsy and imagination.
